    Review the Agreement with your Solicitor and/or Financial Advisor. The deposit payment is fully refundable if you are not totally satisfied.

    Pay the balance to our Solicitors (Finance available)
  • Step 7:
    Shareholders Certificate issued
  • Step 8:
    ILandI will inform you of updates & push for planning permission to be granted at every review.
